Summary:

Gold particles less than 10 nm were prepared and used to immobilize glucose oxidase and lactic acid oxidase. The experiment found that gold nanoparticles can greatly improve the current response of glucose oxidase electrode and lactic acid oxidase electrode, and the response current is increased from tens of nanoamperes of the corresponding concentration to thousands of nanoamperes. The role of gold nanoparticles in immobilized enzymes is discussed.

Summary:

three strains capable of producing lactic acid oxidase were obtained from soil samples. among them, SM-10 strain has the highest enzyme-producing activity. after preliminary identification, the strain belongs to saprophytic staphylococcus (Staphylococcus saprophyticus). The SM-10 strain was also optimized for wall breaking conditions, growth curve analysis and enzyme solution stability study, and the substrate conversion efficiency of its enzyme solution was preliminarily discussed. The highest conversion rate reached 80% in 4 h. The research results laid a foundation for pushing this valuable enzyme source into production. Figure 6 Table 3 Ref. 10

Summary:

lactic acid oxidase was used to oxidize lactic acid to produce pyruvate and H2O2, and then coupled Trinder color reaction was used to determine lactic acid in plasma. Methods The linearity was 13.2 mmol/L, the coefficient of variation (CV) was 0.86% ~ 1.56%, and the recovery rate was 98.9% ~ 101.5%. Compared with LD-NBT method, r = 0.989,Y = 0.989X +0.03, and the reference value of plasma lactic acid in 50 healthy people was 0.61~2.51 mmol/L (2s). This method is simple, reliable and suitable for the routine determination of lactic acid.
